    8hrs of sleep. 8hrs of work. 4hrs of rest. That leaves 4hrs to do the rest of these tasks and to have fun. 9000 steps takes like an hour and a half if you're just walking so 2,5hrs left. Cooking a meal takes like 40-60mins and eating like 20mins. Breakfast takes like 15 minutes. That leaves 1,25hrs for everything else. I have 35 minutes to work…so that's 70 minutes. That leaves me with 10 minutes a day to shower, get ready, do anything fun, play some game, talk to someone, read the news and whatever else I might want to fit into my schedule.
